About us

Travel rules, made easy to understand.

We help travellers, families and professionals understand what they need before they go — clearly, independently and with guidance written for their exact trip.

Our story

Why we started

EasyEntry Travels started with a simple frustration: finding out what you need before a trip meant reading dozens of pages, forum threads and out-of-date blog posts — and still not being sure.

We built a better way. Answer a few questions about your trip and get guidance written for your passport, destination and plans, with clear next steps for every part of your trip. If your situation is more complex, a real travel specialist is one message away.

We are an independent company. We don’t work for any government and we don’t sell anything you can get free from an official website — we save you time and help you feel ready.

What we do

Three ways we help

Readiness assessments

A free, three-minute questionnaire that turns your trip details into a personal readiness score and checklist.

Destination & passport guides

Plain-English guides to the rules that apply to your passport and destination, each linked to its official source.

One-to-one consultations

Optional paid sessions with a travel specialist who walks through your situation and answers every question.

How we work

Our principles

Official sources first

Every rule we explain links to the government page it comes from, so you can always check it yourself.

Plain English

No jargon and no fear tactics — just what applies to you and what to do next.

Independent

We are a private company, not a government agency, and we say so clearly everywhere.

Private by design

We collect only what we need, encrypt it in transit and never sell it.

What we are not

EasyEntry Travels is not a government agency, embassy or consulate, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government. We do not issue, process or submit any government document. Government information is available free of charge on official websites — our service is optional and helps you understand it faster.
