In short: the assessment is free. If you book a paid consultation you can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before it starts, and we will always refund you if we cannot deliver what you paid for.
1. Free services
The travel readiness assessment and destination guides are free. There is nothing to refund and you can stop using them at any time.
2. Paid consultations
- Cancel 24 hours or more before your session: full refund.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before: you can reschedule once free of charge; otherwise the fee is non-refundable.
- Missed session (no-show): non-refundable, but we will offer one reschedule if you contact us within 48 hours.
- We cancel or cannot deliver: full refund, or a new time if you prefer.
- Written follow-ups not delivered in the promised time: full refund of that item on request.
3. Our fees only
Our fees cover our own information and consultation service. We do not collect, charge or refund any government fee, and paying us is never required to use an official government service.
4. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in a country with a cooling-off period for services bought online, you may cancel within that period. If you ask us to start your consultation during the cooling-off period, you agree that the right to cancel ends once the service has been fully provided, and we may deduct the value of any part already provided. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
5. How to request a refund
- Email support@easyentrytravels.com with your name, the email you booked with and your booking or assessment reference.
- Tell us briefly why you are requesting a refund.
- We reply within 1 business day and, once approved, refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take longer to show it).
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can usually resolve things faster directly.
